Pandora McGee Vinyl Artwork

I was born and raised in Bristol, one of six children. My father, an accomplished engineer, ensured I knew how to draw before going to school, and years later my studies culminated in a degree in Architecture from Cardiff University. I soon found that my practical nature was not suited to an office job, and changed direction to train as a teacher of Design Technology. In 2000 I retired from teaching to pursue my passion for art fulltime. Art has always played a major part in my life, and I used to work in pencil and watercolour. More recently I have started combining my artwork with my love of practical hands-on design, in the form of Vinyl Artwork. I am still experimenting, as I have not discovered anyone who uses vinyl in the same way for reference! As interest in my work has grown, I have decided to pursue a full time career in this new medium.

We live in an old stone farmhouse in Aust, South Gloucestershire.  It is the wonderful countryside surrounding us through which we walk the dogs every day that inspires a lot of my art.
